Strengths• User friendly Interface: Report a problem by entering a nearby UK postcode, or street name and area, locating the problem on a map of the area and entering details of the problem • Map based website and app that helping people in the United Kingdom inform their local authority of problems needing their attention, such as potholes, broken streetlamps, etc. • Reports are published on the site • Matches users’ postcodes and the category of their problem to the correct local authority. Would definitely use such a tool for my neighborhood, it is really useful to have the opportunity to speed up or even bypass bureaucratic and time consuming processes with smart solutions.
